Monday's are usually the days we dread. We dread starting the work week. We dread starting the gym and diets again. But, at the same time, Monday's are the beginning of a new. It's a fresh start. It's almost like a mini New Years Day each week.
Therefore, I present ME MONDAY'S. It's a little reminder to take time for yourself on a hectic day. I have been fighting a killer cold all week and weekend. Although, I would have loved to go on a hike or shop until I drop, I spent my day in bed... Yep, it was just me and Justin Timberlake. I stayed in and watched Friends with Benefits. Not a bad little Monday. Today I took care of ME and pumped my veins with vitamins.
